• 4. Offering Theological Education through INA Theological Open University (Autonomous).
• 5. To regulating the churches and pastorship’s mandatory and with necessary documents.
• 6. After training programme pastors will be ordained and thus become Episcopalian Ordained clergyman of INA Diocese.
• 7. All the Marriages which solemnized in the churches shall be filled the returns IVth Schedules to the respective District (DR’s) Registrar office within stimulated periods.
• 8. Authentic Dress code will be granted.
• 9. Establishing Theological study centre and Biblical colleges to enhance studying opportunities.

• 12. To Protect the Independent churches in trouble some hours; first of all Diocese will give the scriptural guidelines. At time of any crucial unjust occasions the Diocese will give representations to Government Authorities if needed move for Legal proceedings.
